Nowadays most of the guys were worried about a girl or you're worried about a test coming up in the school, or maybe it's an event that's coming up like a wedding, or prom, what do I wear? What do I do? What if she rejected me? What do I say? These are questions that you probably ask yourself daily, In mine school times I also used to be like that, but not now as this habit decrease your confidence and on the other hand when you worry less, you live a better life, when you spend less time overthinking things, and more time enjoying life and being productive it improves your personality and makes you more desirable. So today in this blog here are some tips for you guys who are worrying a little bit too much, to improve their personality:


1) Savings


Saving money for later is a habit that will help you to worry less and it's honestly one of the most important things you'll have to learn. One thing that I learned early, is that having money set aside is one of the best ways of worrying less and less, because you know that you have something back saved up for a day when you will need it. Obviously , you're not going to spend this money on normal and unnecessary things. This will be that surprise that you definitely were not expecting, and either didn't want to lose like crack screen on your phone, sudden arrival of your best friend. If you have savings at that time, it's going to be so much easier to take care of those things when they come up.And by savings, I'm not saying that you need to save a high amount of money. It really is dependent on where and what you are in your life. So that way you have that money if anything comes up. When you do that you're going to worry less about money trust.


2) Write a to do list 


write a to do list and be realistic about it. Don't write a bunch of stuff that you want to buy or you wish you could do. Because if you don't be realistic, then when you're going to look at that list that will make you worry more, so it's important to be realistic.  So try to write a realistic to-do list at night before you go to sleep. So that way when you wake wake up in the morning, you should know exactly what needs to be done that day and being prepared and organised. Always make you worry less.



3) Do what you like



Imagine you go out somewhere and you want to talk to a girl, there's 10 hot girls and you don't talk to one of them. You worried about what they're going to say, right? And they're going to say no. So then you decide to not talk to them them and you go home and you end up regretting that decision. Think about the worst that could happen. You go up there you talked to her and she says no, I don't really want to talk to you. That's not bad at all. That's not going to change anything in your life, you will be fine should actually be proud of yourself and be happy that you went over there and that you try then you go and talk to the second girl and she says sorry, I have a boyfriend you say all right, well, it was nice meeting you. That's not bad. Like I said the worst possible case scenario is actually usually not that bad. Why worry about it so much to a point where you're too scared to try the worst that could happen is she might say no. And that's not good worried about a girl from or a speech you have to give in class tomorrow. Those things should not be taking a lot of your head space instead, you should use that head space to do one of the most important things. 


4) Protecting your online identity


Everyone these days  comes across the case of being hacked. Everyone has fear to have their identity taken, their username, their passwords, their emails, it's risky working at Google for so many years, so you definitely need to have different passwords for different websites and backup codes and recovery access and different devices. But still, that is not enough. If you ever visits on a website and check out a product or service, and  when you leave and go on another website, you see an ad, it is not a coincidence, you are being tracked by many online servers. And I wonder what people will find if they looked at your search history or your browsing history, Everyone want to keep those things private, your cable company and your cell phone providers. They all track what you do and what pages you visit. And a lot of them actually sell them information to advertise. So, if you want some privacy use VPN, VPN masks all of sensitive data and hides my IP address to conceal our online activity. VPN is kinda apps that change your operating servers in seconds and make it difficult for others to see your activity.  It helps many times. 


5) Practice



Practice, if you're talking about anything you need to practice. Practice makes man perfect. And when you do more and more practice, that practice can be of anything like taking to girl, picking up new job or work then how to interact etc anything . If you are prepared for your work then it will help you to worry less.
