Tips To Remember For Gym - Gyming is a great way to maintain your body, health and for your physical fitness. It also helps to improve your style, make you look more attractive and make you masculine. Gyming is a habit or hobby that helps you to regulate the blood flow of your body and make you more active and helps to increase your strength. But it can also result into some health problems if you don't take care of some simple things. So, in this blog, I will tell you 7 simple things that you have take care during gyming and I will also tell about the problems that can arise if you don't follow them:


1) Stretching before and after gymming

Everyday you should do stretching before and after gyming or top to bottom up and cool down exercises. Sudden workout can result in cracks and pain in the muscles for longer duration as a muscles will be not ready for this sudden change. Warm up exercises helps to make our muscles and body ready for the workout, while cool down exercises helps to take our increased heart rate back to normal. If you don't do cool down exercises then that can also results in pain in muscles and cramps.

2) Drinking water during exercise



Most of the people who go to gym often feel their muscle twitching that make you feel uncomfortable several times. Twitching is caused due to exhaustion and imbalance of electrolytes in the body. So, to correct it you should drink a lot of water and even during any exercise. Prefer to drink little cooler water then the normal water, that will help you more. You can also take energy drink for this purpose. Another reason for drinking water during gyming is that during workout hours you sweat more than natural that can cause a deficiency of water in your body that can result in restlessness ,illness and lose your strength. So make sure to drink a lot of water during exercise.

3) Bring your own gym towel with you



Many of the people workout in the gym without air conditioner and some people also prefer gym without AC, so its normal that most of the peoples of the most popular of that gym sweat a lot. And when they workout on any machines or equipment they transfer a lot of bacteria due to sweat on machines or equipment. So make sure that you use your gym towel when you workout on machine so that the bacteria do not get transferred to your body. Transferred bacteria can cause many skin problems.

4) Wash gym clothes daily



In gym everybody sweats a lot, so its normal that the sweat get soaked into their gym clothes. Which even make them smell bad. If you wore those clothes again without washing them then you can suffer from many skin problems, itching etc. So make sure that you wash your clothes daily along with your gym towel. A simple wash with water only will also do the job.

5) Proper rest




You cannot gain strength or become masculine in a day or in a week. Some people do a lot of workout in one day and do not give proper rest to their body which is wrong. Building muscle and strength is 20% based on workout, 30% on diet and 50% on proper rest and sleep. So if your body doesn't get proper rest then that can result in many health problems like weakening of bones, cracking in muscles, cramps or even breakage of bones.

6) Do not consume fibre rich diets earlier or around workout time.



Fiber helps food pass through the digestive system, and adds bulk to the stool. But it's this function also cause blood to flow away from stomach or even shaking in digestive system. These two can result in feeling nauseous or can cause nausea. So make sure you don't eat fibre diets earlier workout or around the workout time.

And the most important

7) Proper diet




Some people do everything correctly in the gym, every exercise correctly but even then they suffer problems like laziness for whole day, loss of strength, stress and mood swings etc. Reason behind it is that they doesn't take proper diet. Our body needs to get all the vitamins and minerals at the regular time interval for working properly. Gymming can exercises use a lot of vitamins and minerals so to replenish them it is important that we take our diet properly including all vitamins and minerals essential for the shape of our body.
